Inject some drama into your game using the large FX buttons to trigger effects loaded up in Serato DJ Pro; save your favourites so they can be called up quickly during the set; and use the full bank of performance pads to control various modes like Hot Cue, Sampler, and Scratch Bank to quickly playback samples or entire tracks.

A USB-Powered Scratch Mixer

Even if you have no scratching experience, the Pioneer DJ DJM-S5 makes things as easy as possible. Set up this USB-powered mixer in DVS mode and engage the Scratch Cutter function to scratch via the rotary knob or vinyl control of your decks and apply six pre-selected scratch patterns without even touching the crossfader. Another fresh function is the Crossfader Hot Cue which, when active, enables you to scratch with nothing but the crossfader - simple yet stupidly effective.
